House rules & policies
So your stay holds no surprises, these are our main conditions.
Arrival and departure
- Check-in: 12:00 to 23:30. Reception hours are limited — please tell us your arrival time in advance.
- Check-out: until 11:00.
- A photo ID and a credit card are required at check-in.
Payment and deposit
- Payment is made by bank transfer before arrival; cash is also accepted at the hotel.
- A €50 damage deposit is taken by card and refunded in full 7 days after check-out, once the room has been checked.
House rules
- Adults-only hotel: children cannot be accommodated.
- Pets are not allowed.
- No parties or events (including stag/hen parties).
- Maximum 4 guests per booking; special conditions may apply for more than 2 rooms.
- The house is on a quiet residential street — please respect our neighbours’ rest.
- All rooms are non-smoking.
